The agenda is based on people’s records. These records include not only permanent staff but also statutory bodies, owners, job applicants etc. These people are assigned one or more types of employment in the organization. Each type of employment means a calculation of wages for the given period.
Wage and personnel information is merged so that basic wage records are naturally enriched by personnel data. The wage administration agenda works together with other modules, in particular with the accounting module (wage accounting and updating of payment calendars or generation of transfer orders), it also works together with the “production” module (direct labour) and with the attendance module. In the module you will find a calculation of all types of wages from hourly wages, through miscellaneous to lump sum or task wages.
The program contains a very wide range of outputs (paying in slips, wage slips, payment orders, calculation of payments for social security and health insurance, calculation of income tax, outputs for health insurance, outputs for bank savings, statistical outputs, various lists for institutions etc.) The program is conceived so that direct wage accounting may be carried out without the intervention or assistance of a programmer.
The program is regularly adapted to changes in legislation.
