We offer you the possibility to entrust us with the audit of your final accounts including year-end report audit and report on relationships between the related parties of the company.

The aim of the audit it to verify if the accounting is maintained with accordance to valid legal regulations, namely if it is maintained transparently and correctly and if the adapted data in the final accounts and year-end report truly show the object of accounting – assets and liabilities, expenses, revenues, trading income and financial situation of the company. The part of the audit is also the data check in the report on relationships between the related parties of the company compiled in accordance with § 66 of the Commercial Code.

The audit and the check is performed with accordance with the law on auditors and International auditing standards as well as related application clauses of the CA CR.

We have been dealing with audit since 1993 when our employee passed the auditing examinations.

We have had a representative in the Methodics Committee of CA CR for more than 10 years.
