Presentation Vision - Accounting

The Vision32 information system also contains an accounting circle among other things.

All sales activity is tallied on the basis of predefined movements and each step is counted as soon as a document is created, so the balance of accounts is always entirely up to date.

Vision32 can file a split in accounting records into 4 basic classifications (e.g. centres, orders, ...) and also specific projects. The Vision32 system can communicate with most banking programs both for payment orders and also importing bank statements. Thanks to SQL technology practically any type of print set up of the data saved in Vision32 can be created, whereby giving the user many benefits and immediate results.

The system is also regularly updated in relation to the ever changing legislative environment.

Updates to the Vision32 system are released several times per year. They can be installed by normal system users.
